Visited G&B Bistro for dinner and had the Porcini Chicken and Thai-waian pizza. The grilled chicken was tender and the creamy porcini mushroom sauce paired well with the smooth mashed potatoes. The pizza had a thin, crispy crust with a nice balance of savoury chicken, pineapple and a slight kick from the Thai spices. The restaurant has a cosy, relaxed atmosphere and the staff were friendly throughout the meal. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience with good value for money. A little more consistency in the seasoning and flavour depth would have made it even better, but I’d be happy to return and try more of their menu. Service and atmosphere good. Pasta was delicious. But Pizza was too doughy. Proofing or cooking process definitely need to review and improve.
