GardenParty #Garden Party Restaurant Garden Party is located on Jinshan 6th Street, Hsinchu, with a large parking lot opposite. The green restaurant has a flower-shaped rain cover that is very eye-catching. There is also a white glass greenhouse at the door, which is full of greenery! As soon as you walk into the store, you look up and see a lot of green plants, paired with white dining tables, metal line seats, and white stone walls, making you feel like you are dining in a garden. If you arrive early, the store clerk said you can go in first and wait. The service is very friendly. There are long tables, sofa areas, and two large and small private rooms. Many people come here to have dinner on weekdays at noon. Both private rooms are full, and business is good. Today’s meal (10% service charge) Fresh shrimp and scallops x0 sauce angel noodles $390 Angel noodles are stir-fried with slightly spicy clam x0 sauce. The noodles are covered in the sauce and are salty and flavourful. Served with 8 grilled prawns, the whole plate is delicious! Herb chicken thigh steak with basil pesto risotto $340 Italian rice is stir-fried with homemade basil pesto. The rice grains are a bit firm and have a good texture. It is paired with grilled chicken thigh steak marinated in herbs. The chicken skin is fried to a crispy texture and the chicken tastes very tender. Finally, it is sprinkled with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. Si, this dish is quite generous!
