The pictures are from 50 years ago... all jokes aside they're outdated, I am not a person to review but I think it's time to help the community to review whether it's positive, negative or neutral. 2 stars for having great food next door plus cleaning ladies, would just be one, but I am considerate for those who have given great service (Rom + Rodger) For the price, it's not bad, just expect there to be ants/flys on your bed, ground, bathroom. Which was only worse as my previous hotel (tiger) had given me bed rashes. I complained about it secretly without alerting check in guests hearing for their sake. Mon came an aired out the sheets, not replacing new ones and recommend me to sleep on the blanket instead of the actual sheets plus gave an extra blanket. They said they were going to give me an extra night but I guess there was a misunderstanding, again, I am not one to complain and willing to find solutions but please make sure it is understood between both parties or there will be excuses later. I was checked into the third floor and already hours in, I believe the owners and workers have a place to live here and there was a lady (believed to be Mon) yelling and crying to her man, I’m talking about toxic, loud yelling and crying, door shutting, not just a normal argument, felt like I was in middle school with uncontrolled emotions. Becareful with her, it's all sunshines and rainbows until otherwise. As for the cleaning staff, they were nice. You get the impression of good service, until you don’t from Mon - I believe if you start a business, customers should be treated with respect as they are the reason they are in business, not just fake positivity for a profit on the day. Mon had receptionist on phone to talk to me and told me to go downstairs to solve the issue. He or the boss wasn't present, made no sense. I asked his name for the review but he gave me the cleaning ladies name Mon, she overheard and started yelling at him, "why you give him my name, and don't give him yours", this to me is no accountabilty especially as a man. Enjoy your stay or find better, it is your choice. Service: 2

I had a great time at Garden Phuket Hotel. I went there with my family and they all are very happy. Few improvement that there is an issue with red ants which needs to be fixed. And added if the AC could be a little too fast in cooling... Staffs are well behaved and Location is super duper prime with having malin plaza just few metres away. Service: 4
