2024年12月ディナーでお世話になり、今回は2025年大晦日に15時頃訪問。 去年も夜は道沿いに爆並びしていましたが昨夜も夜は整理券配布制の爆並び。 15時頃に行くとほぼ埋まっていましたがチラホラ席が空いている感じでした。 並びたくない方は夜は避けた方がいいです。 去年こちらのスタッフに店前で荷台車に足を轢かれて腫れ上がっているところとても親切にして頂きました。その方に逢えず残念です。 お料理は基本全てライスが付いてくるシステム？美味しかったです！ごちそうさまでした。. ピピ島滞在中、二度行きました。パネーンカレーとパッタイを食べましたが、パッタイは米粉麺のナポリタンのような感じ。パネーンカレーはココナッツミルクの甘さとコクが感じられてとても美味しかったです！店員さんは皆笑顔で素晴らしい接客でした。

The worst experience I had in Phuket. Service, hygiene, taste, communication, and approval are all the worst. I've been traveling a total of 10 times in 6 years because I like Phuket. Each time, I had many good memories on Phi Phi Island, so I chose a trip to Phi Phi Island in the middle of my trip this time as well. Even if I came often, I chose Garlic 1992 Restaurant while searching with the intention of choosing a new restaurant, and ended up having dinner. There were so many customers that I had to wait and eat for the first time since coming to Phuket. Even while waiting, I waited for about 30 minutes, filled with anticipation and excitement, wondering if it was my first time waiting since coming to Phuket. And finally, we're in. I couldn't even communicate, but after ordering with difficulty, the next table was empty while waiting. Our table is for two, and the next table is also for two. While organizing the table, they were shaking off the leftover food on the tablecloth in our direction with a dishcloth 2-3 times at the beginning. As you can see in the picture, the food scraps are clearly visible to the naked eye. Then, they took the tablecloth and replaced it with a new one due to the unexpectedly large amount of food waste. In the process, the group looked at our tablecloth at the staff, lifting it up and putting it down, so I was timid but usually so neat, so I thought I should speak for them. There wasn't any of our food out yet, only cola came out, so I asked the staff if they could change seats, but they replied that it wasn't possible because there was a waiting line. It was a bit strange since it was the same two-person seat and not a reserved seating system, but I understood that there must be a special reason. Then, I requested to replace our tablecloth, but he went with a disgruntled expression, and then someone who seemed to be in charge came. Communication was difficult because we couldn't communicate, but it seemed like they couldn't replace the cola came out, and the resulting contamination of the tablecloth. However, my group, upon hearing my reaction, said they had come out and enjoyed playing, so let's just eat, which made me even more upset. I finally got the tablecloth replaced, but I'm already upset. According to Garlic 1992 Restaurant's entrance, the tablecloth should have been replaced when changing customers, but I saw the staff arbitrarily clearing only the cloth tablecloth and then taking food reservations from the next customer. It looked like the front guest at the hotel had used it cleanly, so the staff found it annoying and costly, so let's operate it this way because it's invisible. The popular Garlic 1992 Restaurant was very hygienically unpleasant, the response was unpleasant, and the management was unpleasant. And lastly, they had only cash stuck on the wall like a huge door, but they only accepted cash. I don't know much about the Phuket law in Thailand, but it seems there is sufficient illegality, so if I have plenty of time, I'll look into this part as well.
