Came back here twice! Very much enjoyed my sushi, thought it was fresh, priced well and yummy! Very good meal & staff were lovely! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ฿400–600

I came here to try the sushi after reading the reviews. The sushi was good, but it did not really stand out, so I would describe it as good rather than excellent. The meal itself went well. The only problem happened when it was time to pay. The prices here are already similar to those in North America . Like many places in Phuket, this restaurant adds a credit card surcharge. Sometimes the fee is 0%, sometimes 3%, 5%, or even 7%, depending on the business. I accepted the 3% fee without any argument. I simply suggested that it would be helpful to mention the credit card surcharge on the menu. That way, customers would know before ordering instead of finding out when they receive the bill and payment options. I thought it was just friendly feedback. Another staff member immediately said it was no problem and removed the 3% surcharge. I thanked them and paid. A few moments later, the last staff member came back. She seemed upset and told me that next time I should say before ordering that I planned to pay by credit card. That surprised me. As a customer, I do not think it is my responsibility to announce how I will pay before I even sit down. If a business charges an extra fee for credit cards, I believe it should simply let customers know in advance. What disappointed me was not the 3% surcharge. It was the way the situation was handled. The restaurant had already solved the issue by removing the fee, but the conversation afterward felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The food was okay, but customer service is part of the overall experience. Because of that, I am giving this restaurant two stars. I left wondering why I would choose to come back ?? We remember you perfectly, you order two dish without cucumber and two soft drinks, total bill 370 baht. When we present the bill, the folder have include a note inside informing the 3% of credit card fee, you rejected to pay it and we kindly delete the 11 baht fee for don't have discussions for a small amount.Blame the restaurant for don't inform since the guests arrive is unneccesary, ask about the way of payment before the guests order seems distrustful and unprofessional for our side. There's no problem at all to ask about credit card payment before to order, many guests do it and we are happy to inform themThe staff members spoke directly and politely and suggest you to ask about credit card payment before your make order at any restaurant in the future for stop the problem like our case. Anyway you punished us with low review and a picture took it from outside. Maybe you should think twice about wheter you have been fair and proporcionate with us.
