Came at 1pm and your ‘chef recommendation’ Chocolate Lava Cake is unavailable. No lava cake, picked out a croffle item and was informed by cashier that it has been discontinued sooooo long ago. Then why still on menu? You already know it’s discontinued, then remove it from the menu. Isn’t that like basic common sense? If it was discontinued JUST yesterday, then fine. But from how the cashier described it, it was quite a while back, so what have Gelare been doing since then? Disappointing first visit, never again.

Standard has dropped so much!! Waffle was overcooked & too crispy as you can see from the photo & the ice cream scoop was so little. Moreover, they poured the maple sauce all over the waffle without serving it on the side. It was soaked with maple..Service was bad too. Never again, go to other outlets!
