頼む前に味見をさせてもらったけどどれも味にパンチがない。チーズケーキとチョコミントのダブルコーンを頼んだけどやはり味が薄い…こんなにフレーバーのないチョコミントを食べたのは初めて…うーん残念。

I first came across Gelato Elementary through their online advertisements and Instagram posts showcasing gelato classes open to anyone interested. Their gelato always looks vibrant and delicious, and I recently had the chance to visit on a whim while exploring BLOCK 28, a community hub designed for creatives to share and develop their craft. Gelato Elementary is a relatively small shop, with a selection of gelato on display as you enter. Toward the back, there’s a dedicated space for gelato classes, taught by the owner—a culinary professional specializing in all things gelato. I tried their pistachio gelato, which was absolutely delicious. The texture was smooth and well-balanced, and the flavor was even better—rich with authentic pistachio notes.
