I love this bar. It has moved further down in the village from it's previous corner location. My wife and I (now with my daughter Daisy) used to visit the area regularly and returned after 11 or 12 years. Amazingly Gena recognised us and gave us another very warm greeting. Such a lovely lady and along with others in the village has obviously had a difficult time with the impact of covid. Her new bar is still great and well located and Gena was as friendly and funny as ever. She really has become a friend of ours and we will be aback in the next couple of years to visit again. If you are staying near here (Regent Hotel etc), do visit Gena's bar as you will be sure for a warm welcome, great service and lovely cooling drinks!!!! Best bar in the village by far and certainly the friendliest host.
