There are more than 70 Genki Sushi restaurants in Hong Kong, and it is my choice for late night snacks in Hong Kong. When I got there, even Yoshinoya was closed for rest, so I chose this restaurant. Genki Sushi. The whole environment is very clean and tidy, and after eating at tea restaurants and ice cream shops for several days, I finally found a restaurant with toilet paper. I have never eaten at Genki Sushi in Japan, and there are no branches in Taiwan. If you have ever seen a train delivering food, this is the place! The ordering process is very simple, you just scan the QR Code on the table and the food will be delivered to you on the train. However, this time I was assigned to a non-train seat. Although I couldn’t see the train coming, the clerk still delivered sushi to my seat. The whole meal was fresh, especially the shellfish, which made me order two more plates. Some sushi combinations are on sale, and the store also has cute sushi plates with interesting jokes written on them. It’s a must-have when you drink milk tea at the breakfast shop.
