food was served quite fast but the real problem was the drinks and the service. the service was atrocious, after all our food was served, our drinks were still not served... so we pressed the service button and a waitress came up to us and told us the drinks would be served soon BUT after a while maybe 10 minutes or so, our drinks were still not served??? so we had to go up to the counter just to ask for the drinks then after they were served, only 2 of the 3 drinks were served?? atrocious eh really. we had to ask again just for our iced green tea to be served. yall really need better service leh. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had quick lunch at Genki Sushi Pasir Ris Mall today. As it is newly opened the place is very neat & clean, food are fresh too. Noticed they do away with the “press the button after taken food from the conveying train” which is good as I think not all will notice they need to press the button We entered the outlet when it just started operation, not many diners & there were 3 staff in charge of clearing the plates2 kept taking turns to ask if they can clear our plates which was a bit disturbing I can understand if the place is fully occupied but there were still tables not occupied Also, we were not even half way towards the limited dining timeline Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
