Note to myself: With the emergence of “Sushiro”s all over HK, it’s more desirable to choose food that are unique to Genki Sushi. Salads, gunkan-maki, takoyaki, soups are pretty unique food that you should order when you head to Genki Sushi. If you’re looking for a cheap meal, get their lunch sets.
