2026.1.2. 和気包店 モンスターマンションの入り口から出た左側にあるパン屋さん エッグタルトが出来たてでおいしいです。 他のパンは安いけど、普通かな。 お店の人は日本語も英語も全くわからないですが、それも旅の一興です。. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–50

Don’t be deceived by the humble location. After trying 4 egg tarts, I find egg tart from Gentle Bakery the best. The crust is just enough to hold the egg tart yet firm enough to not crush unnecessarily. The taste is great, not too sweet or too salty. It was also slightly warm after freshly baked from the oven. I had my second helping after 2 days and would like to go for my 3rd serving right after the rain stop. Other egg tarts I tried were priced at $10HKD, so at $6.5 at Gentle with the authentic taste, I have to give it a 5 star!
