1.비상식적인 장사 마인드 손님이 음식이 상한 것 같다고 직접 요청했는데도 확인조차 하지 않고, 계산할 때까지 한마디 변명 없이 무시. 명절이라 부모님 모시고 간 자리였는데, 기분만 잡치고 나옴. 이런 태도로 장사하는 게 정말 이해가 안 됨. 2.음식 평가 제육: 그냥 흔한 동네 백반 수준. 먹을만은 하지만 특별히 맛있지도 않음. 소갈비: 질기고 기름만 덩어리. 씹다가 포기함. 반찬:마늘쫑은 흐물흐물 물컹하고 오이무침은 쉰 냄새가 확 올라옴. 이걸 손님상에 그냥 내다니 어이없음. 3.매장 청결도 실내에 파리랑 날벌레들이 눈에 띄게 왔다 갔다. 음식점 맞는지 의심스러움. 직원이 떨어뜨린 수저를 그냥 다시 포장지에 넣는 걸 직접 봄. 위생관념이 1도 없음.주차장은커녕 불법 주정차 단속 구역이라 차 대기도 불안함 1. Absurd business mindset When I told them directly that the food seemed spoiled, they didn’t even bother to check. They ignored me without a single excuse until payment. It was a holiday and I brought my parents, but the whole mood was ruined. I really cannot understand running a business with such an attitude. 2.Food evaluation Pork bulgogi: Just an average neighborhood meal. Edible, but nothing special. Beef short ribs: Tough and just full of fat chunks. I gave up chewing halfway. Side dishes: Garlic scapes were mushy and soggy, and the cucumber salad had a strong sour, off-putting smell. Can’t believe they served this to customers as-is. 3.Store cleanliness Flies and small flying insects were visibly moving around inside. Makes me question if this is even a proper restaurant. I personally witnessed a staff member pick up a dropped spoon and put it right back into the wrapper. No sense of hygiene whatsoever. On top of that, there’s no parking lot, and the area is an illegal parking enforcement zone, so even parking felt uneasy.
