There were 2 strands of hair in the soup. And after informing the staff, he simply said he will inform the chef. But didn’t return to switch out the soup or offer any other alternatives/compensation to make up for the poor hygiene. We were a table of 4pax and because of this, we did not even finish half of the soup. So we paid full price for a disappointing and unfinished meal. Never coming back again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you, Kai and Kim, for delivering such excellent service even with a hectic crowd. The chemistry between you both really stands out. They work together so seamlessly and never fail to impress. I have always come to republic building for food but had never know this Georges is so chill! I must thank Kai Li for her fantastic service! Never felt this welcome! I m here with my 2 besties for my birthday celebration and she even prepare a tasty brownie with an ice cream of her own for me! Thank you so much Kai Li! U r so sweet and professional! Excellent service! Its a 5 out of !
