韓国フュージョン料理。 エビと唐辛子と明太子の麺を。 太めの素麺？なのかな。スパゲティの太さで味はうどん的な。 緑はエゴマだろうか。 かわってて良い。

20 minute waitish for a table of three during lunch rush, we over ordered but at least got to try a variety of dishes! the galbi soup was so flavorful and healing, the octopus was refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day, and the minced meat one was similar to dandan noodles. The pork belly was also good, but it’s also very underwhelming. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

GEUMGEUM 금금 SEOUL Unplanned dinner at Geumgeum 금금 Seongsu-dong - a spot known for its modern, aesthetic interior and a menu that features dishes like rose pasta. Dug into octopus bibimbap — beautifully plated with vibrant toppings and perfectly chewy octopus slices over seasoned rice. We also had a cold summer kalguksu, a refreshing noodle dish that hit all the right notes — light, chilled, and so satisfying after a long day out. The pork jowl rice bowl was the definition of comfort — rich, tender, and deeply flavorful. The octopus scallion pancake was super scrumptious and was a great dish! The cozy little restaurant feels tucked away, with only a handful of tables and a mostly local crowd — we were the only tourists there, which somehow made it feel even more special. There’s something reassuring about eating where the locals eat, and everything about this place screamed authenticity. Definitely a hidden gem worth finding if you’re in Seoul.
