Everything from the quality of the seafood to the service and the beautiful ocean view exceeded my expectations. We ordered the Lunch Special Course, and it was honestly one of the most satisfying seafood meals I’ve had in Busan. The amount of food was incredible, and every course felt fresh and carefully prepared. The meal started with a beautiful assortment of fresh seafood including sea squirt, sea cucumber, shrimp, octopus, and a shellfish called “seagull clam.” It was my first time trying this clam, and it had a pleasantly chewy texture with a naturally sweet flavor. The marinated octopus was also surprisingly tender and delicious. Next came the seafood mulhoe, which was absolutely loaded with fresh ingredients like abalone, sea squirt, raw fish, vegetables, and more. The broth was refreshing, slightly sweet, and tangy, making it perfect for a warm day. They even served buckwheat noodles on the side so we could enjoy the broth even more. The portion was very generous. The steamed egg was soft and comforting, while the crispy corn fritters completely exceeded my expectations. I had read many reviews saying they were a must-try, and they were absolutely right. Crispy on the outside, sweet and creamy inside—it was impossible to stop eating them. Then came the highlight of the course: an impressive platter of sashimi. We were served around 48 pieces of fresh sashimi including flounder, rockfish, and grey mullet. Every slice was thick, incredibly fresh, and beautifully presented. You could immediately taste the freshness of the fish, and the texture was perfect. The roe rice bowl was another standout. It was generously topped with fish roe, creating a rich texture and satisfying flavor in every bite. One of my favorite dishes was the deep-fried rockfish with sweet and sour sauce. The fish had been freshly fried, so it arrived piping hot and crispy while remaining moist inside. The sweet and savory sauce complemented the fish perfectly. This dish alone would make me want to visit again. To finish the course, we enjoyed a spicy fish stew that was rich, flavorful, and comforting. After such a generous meal, it was the perfect ending. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and offers a wonderful view of Gwangan Bridge, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. There are private rooms available, making it a great choice for family gatherings, business dinners, or special occasions. Parking is also convenient with spaces available in front of the restaurant and nearby public parking. What impressed me most was the consistency. Every dish arrived fresh, beautifully presented, and served at the right timing. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. If you’re visiting Busan and searching for fresh seafood with generous portions, excellent service, and a beautiful ocean view, this is definitely a restaurant worth visiting. Amazing seafood restaurant with a stunning view of Gwangalli Beach in Busan. It’s even featured in the Blue Ribbon Survey, which is like Korea’s Michelin Guide. I ordered the “Subyeon Hansang” set, and it was super generous—assorted seafood, sashimi, flying fish roe rice, corn cheese, abalone porridge, and more. Everything was delicious, especially the sashimi. The restaurant is spacious, so it’s great for groups or family gatherings. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming. Reservations are available via 'CatchTable', and I highly recommend booking in advance!
