Do NOT eat here. So I arrive 6.30 pm on Saturday and ask for a table for one. Two tables of about 10-12 occupied at this point. I get seated nearly in the store room (fair enough, they have to optimise for what may come in Sat eve). Nearly zero English speaking staff, nor they have English menu. I can live with that (thanks Google Lens/Translate). So I want to order a main and a side, but because I'm tossing between 2 sides I try figuring out with them which to order. They tell me "no sides, only mains". I get a feeling they think I wanted ONLY a side, so I do order my main and then inquire for a side - and magically, one CAN order sides as well But then a guy from the kitchen arrives and tells me that customers MUST order a drink or beverage. So now I'm having a Pepsi Zero on my table which I don't even want. Now food. Shrip croquette is 5.5/10. Shrimp pancake is 2.5/10. Super oily. So time to pay. The bill is 29k. He tells me they cannot accept VISA I'm in disbelief (1st time in 4 weeks in Korea!! Apart from tMoney and transport card). He proposes I transfer online to his account. Now I see the option for him to avoid tax obligations which makes me pissed off on top of everything, so I say no. I have 25k in cash, so I tell him (super pissed off after discussing the matter) that I'll go to an ATM and come back with the rest. He wants my ID Which i don't want to give to him So he doesn't let me walk away because of 4k Eventually I went to an ATM and got cash (paid fee) and came back to settle the bill. Very sad experience overall. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
