If you’re looking for an authentic, homey dining experience in Jeju, this traditional family-run restaurant is an absolute gem. The highlight here is the shabu-shabu, featuring incredibly fresh ingredients and beautifully thin-sliced black pork—a local specialty that truly stands out. The meat is tender, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with the light, comforting broth. What really makes this place special, though, is the owner. Warm, welcoming, and fluent in English, they go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Not only did they guide us through the menu, but they also took the time to show us exactly how to enjoy the meal the proper way, which made the whole experience even more memorable. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality food, genuine hospitality, and cultural authenticity so effortlessly. A hidden gem in Jeju! If you’re feeling 'meat fatigue' from too much BBQ, come here for the Shabu-Shabu. The owner is so friendly and guides you through the best way to taste the food. We especially like the grilled tofu, is like a palate cleanser and a hug to the stomach.
