ENGLISH The Gim Aeng is the tastiest restaurant on the market in Wichien Buri. Here you will find all the classics of fast Thai cuisine. As always, I have taken a Kuatiu Nahm here - and I was allowed this time to look again in the pots. The Kuatiu was delicious and I was lucky that I could latly one of the last portions. It is served in the Gim Aeng standard with Chinese meatballs and Muh Deng - red pork. The people here like especially freshly chopped spring onions and crispy pork crust with it. With the crispy soybean sprouts a real treat and again another variant of my favorite soup. Should you be in the area - try it! Hier gibt es alle Klassiker der schnellen Thailändischen Küche. Wie immer habe ich mir auch hier eine Kuatiu Nahm gegönnt – und ich durfte diesmal auch wieder in die Töpfe schauen. Die Kuatiu war sehr lecker und ich hatte Glück das ich noch eine Portion ergattern konnte. Serviert wird sie im Gim Aeng standardmäßig mit Chinesischen Fleischbällchen und Muh Deng – rotem Schweinefleisch. Besonders mögen die Leute hier auch frisch gehackte Frühlingzwiebeln und krosse Schweineschwarte dazu. Mit den knackfrischen Sojasprossen ein echter Hochgenuss und mal wieder eine andere Variante meiner Lieblingssuppe. Solltet Ihr in der Gegend sein - unbedingt ausprobieren!
