約12年間お疲れ様でした。 10年間通っていたこちらが閉店するとのことで行ってきました。 朝方までやっているこちらは銀座で働く人やよく飲む人にとっては一度は行ったことあると思います。 味は豚骨醤油ラーメン家系の感じがしっかり味わえるお店です。 お米がサービスで付いてくるのがありがたいです。 まくる（完飲）するとまくり券がいただけました。. ネギ好きにはたまらない一杯と、餃子の誘惑 新橋に住んでいた頃は月に一度は通っていた銀八商店。久しぶりの訪問で、今回は**ネギチャーシュー麵（1,190円）**をいただきました。 これぞネギチャーシューの完成形 山盛りの白髪ネギがどっさりと乗り、その下にはジューシーなチャーシューがしっかり敷き詰められた贅沢な一杯。ネギのシャキシャキとした食感とピリッとした辛味が、濃厚な醤油豚骨スープとベストマッチ。スープに沈めてしんなりさせるもよし、そのままザクザク食べるもよしで、ネギ好きにはたまらない構成です。 チャーシューの存在感 しっかり味の染みたチャーシューは厚みも程よく、脂身と赤身のバランスも抜群。食べ応えがありながらも重たすぎず、ネギと一緒に頬張ると幸せが口の中に広がります。 餃子10個500円の破壊力 今回はラーメンだけにしましたが、ここの餃子10個500円はやはり魅力的。ビールと一緒に楽しむのが定番で、新橋時代にはこれ目当てで訪れていた日も少なくありませんでした。 総評 ラーメン単体でも十分満足度が高いですが、餃子とセットにすることでコスパも満足感も一段階アップする優秀なお店。昔から変わらぬ味と雰囲気に安心しつつ、やっぱりこの一杯は月一で食べたくなるなと再確認しました。 また近いうちに、餃子とビールセットでゆっくり楽しみに伺いたいです。 Ginpachi Shoten – A Must for Green Onion Lovers, with Irresistible Gyoza Deals. I used to live in Shinbashi and visited Ginpachi Shoten at least once a month. This time, I came back and ordered the Negi Chashu Ramen (¥1,190), and it brought back all the memories. The Perfect Bowl for Green Onion Fans. The bowl comes topped with a generous heap of shredded green onions, sitting on top of tender slices of chashu pork. The crunchy texture and sharp flavor of the onions pair perfectly with the rich shoyu-tonkotsu broth. You can enjoy the onions as-is for a fresh bite or let them soak in the soup for a mellow, savory flavor—either way, it’s heaven for green onion lovers. Satisfying Chashu. The pork chashu is well-seasoned, with just the right balance of lean and fatty parts. It’s thick enough to be satisfying, yet not too heavy. Pairing it with the onions creates a perfect bite every time. 10 Gyoza for ¥500 – A Temptation I’ll Never Forget. I didn’t order it this time, but the 10 gyoza for ¥500 deal is incredibly tempting. Back when I lived nearby, I’d often come just for that with a cold beer—it’s a combo that’s hard to beat. Final Thoughts. Even just the ramen is enough to leave you satisfied, but adding the gyoza makes the meal even more rewarding, both in terms of flavor and value. It’s comforting to see the taste and atmosphere haven’t changed. Definitely a place I’ll continue to revisit—hopefully next time with gyoza and beer in hand.
