良く行きます。 シンガポールで食べるトンカツで普通に美味しいく食べれると思います。 日本に行けばもっと美味しいトンカツ屋は沢山ありますが、個人的には大変満足しています。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 30–40

ヒレカツ定食を注文。大満足でした！お肉は柔らかく、ジューシー。中と小があり、中を頼みましたが、女性は小で十分でした。お茶、キャベツ、切り干し大根、ご飯はおかわり自由です。また行きたいトンカツ屋さん。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Something is going terribly wrong with Ginza Anzu. I’ve been coming here for the better part of 10 years ever since this place started its original outlet in Wisma Atrium. I’ve been coming so regularly that I don’t need a menu to order my favourite dishes, but in the past six months to a year I’ve witnessed the standard drop considerably. Portions have shrunk substantially - what used to be a filling meal now is a meager meal that barely keeps me full. Quality has dropped too - I used to come here knowing I was going to get the same standard of tonkatsu every time, but recent visits have proven me wrong with tough and skinny tonkatsu. Promotions have been significantly reduced too. This restaurant used to be on JPassport which rewarded loyal customers with discounts. Personally my family and I worked our ways up to a Gold tier which gave us a 15% discount, meaning that we’d regularly come by every month to eat the same thing. I truly feel bad for the staff. Every time I come they are clearly understaffed for such a big restaurant, and the manager looks stressed with the amount of running around he needs to do. It’s a shame to see yet another restaurant fail to keep its standards in today’s f&b environment. Had many great memories here with my family, so it’s extremely sad to see this place slip.
