平日の夕方に訪問。コーヒーもフードも美味しいのに、お店空いてて良いですね。のんびり出来ました。

Food was good but experience can be improved. All the people who entered and seated was given water. I think there were 5 groups who entered after I seated. Staffs passed me several times and no even once tried giving me water until I finished my meal and left. There were lots of water pitchers not used on the side but with a note for staff only. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Came to the glasshouse just to be told to sit down and wait despite there was at least 4 free tables. Anyway after waiting for like 5min and asking the girl at the counter what we were waiting for and was told, please wait, we gout our seat and ordered a coffee and a matcha latte through their online system, waiting time 15min. Didn’t order any food but it looks good, the experience was let down by slow service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We are sorry that the wait felt frustrating during your visit and we understand how this could have affected your overall impression.That morning was particularly busy as we were managing a long queue and attending to many guests at the same time. While we do our best to seat everyone as quickly as possible, we aim to do so fairly in order of arrival, even when a few tables may appear available. This helps us ensure each table is properly cleared and ready before seating the next guest.We appreciate your patience and feedback and will reflect on this experience with the team as we continue to improve our service flow during peak periods.
