staff is rude, matcha latte was 200baht and tastes so bad. if you want good matcha in bangkok get KAMU, literally less than 100 baht Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I politely asked if my order would be ready soon, and the same girl who had taken my order at the register told me to place one as if she had completely forgotten about me. Normally, I wouldn’t leave a review for a simple mistake like this, as I understand these things can happen and I’m usually very patient. However, what followed was unacceptable. The cashier repeatedly (at least seven times) insisted, in a rude tone, that I hadn’t ordered from her and that if I wanted a drink, I needed to order again (despite the fact that I had already ordered and paid for a coffee with her just 10 minutes earlier). The situation felt completely surreal. I even showed her my bank statement as proof of payment, but instead of acknowledging the mistake, she dismissed me rudely, gesturing for me to go away. She eventually handed me a hot latte that had no taste whatsoever. Honestly, what is going on here? Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As this was our last day in Thailand, we thought we’d have one more Thai tea before leaving. We chose Gloria Jean's Coffees since it was the closest option to our gate. When ordering, I asked for less ice, which the staff member didn’t seem particularly pleased about. We paid by credit card and received our drink in about three to four minutes. The taste was just alright. Even with less ice, the drink somehow still tasted a bit watered down and wasn’t impressive. For the price, it was acceptable, but it didn’t quite live up to the typical Thai tea standards you find around Bangkok. That said, perhaps it’s reasonable by airport standards. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: They got oak and soy milk.
