The worst latte I've ever had! Tastes like burnt nuts... No clue for these guys on What they wanna do to atleast coffee taste coffee like. Never ever order with them. Not to be explicit, it's extremely expensive of all the 3 stores around and has the worst coffee Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place caused me a really bad heart palpitations only because they don't understand English. If you can not speek most common language in the world, you shouldn't be working on the airport where so many nations comes to ask for food ir drink. I ask 4 times do you have decaf coffee at first she didn’t understand than she ask person working with her , person only sad yes to my question, do you have decaffeinated coffee, coffee without caffeine, I tried to ask different way 4 times only for her to shake head and say yes. I was watching she made my coffee first and than she used the same coffee to make my husband one. We paid 12 dolkars for coffee only to trow it in the bin. Servicing the coffee no smile at all and place was really messy where they served it. If there was a way to give this 0 stars, I would. The coffee is horrible and all three staff working the counter were rude. I was standing in line behind the woman paying at the register, there was a problem with her payment and during that time they rang up the person next to me (her friend who I thought was going to pay for her, so I thought nothing about it). Then they took money from the woman who was standing behind me and reached over me to pay. I then asked if I could order a coffee and they guy told me to stand in line. I asked him if I wasn’t in line since they are ringing everyone else out around me and he asked what I wanted to order. I almost didn’t go here because of the poor reviews (and wish I hadn’t) but the airport has limited options. I saw another review mentioned that they seem to pocket cash & maybe that is why they weren’t waiting on me as everyone else had cash out & I was paying by card. I threw away the coffee after a couple sips.horrible Price per person: ฿1–200 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
