ホテルのレセプションで近場のローカルフードとして紹介されて訪問。過去にミシュランの「ビブグルマン」を受賞したことがあると聞き、かなり期待して行きました。海南チキンライスは鶏肉がしっとりしていて、味自体は美味しかったです。ただ、全体としてはよくあるタイプの海南チキンライスで、特別感はあまり感じませんでした。「名店」「ミシュラン経験あり」と聞いて行くと、少しハードルが上がりすぎるかもしれません。逆に、安定した味の海南チキンライスを気軽に食べたい人には問題ないと思います。. Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice (Plaza Singapura). Visited on 29 October, around 9:20 PM Even though it was close to closing time, Madam Anunbur Sattabongkot was very kind and explained clearly that the last order was at 9:30 PM and they would close at 10 PM. Her team still welcomed us warmly and served our food with a smile. The chilli tofu was amazing! Crispy on the outside with just the right spice! The chicken rice was fragrant and the portion of chicken was generous and satisfying. Special mention to the staff clearing the tables who was extremely polite and attentive. She even noticed we wanted to pack our leftover tofu without us saying a word. Such thoughtful service! Overall, a pleasant dining experience with a wonderful, cheerful team. We’ll definitely return.
