I’ve eaten at this chicken rice chain many times, but the service at this particular branch was by far the worst. First, our chicken rice never arrived until we asked about it. When they finally brought it over, the sauce had spilled everywhere and got all over our hands. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, and only cleaned it up after we repeatedly asked. Then, after we had almost finished our meal, we realized something was missing—the soup had never been served. When we asked the staff, they told us that we had to request the soup ourselves. I’ve been to many branches of this chain, and this is the first time I’ve ever been told that complimentary soup is only served if you ask for it. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing. Poor attention to customers, poor communication, and a lack of basic service standards. Definitely not the experience I expected from this chain. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Having lived in Bangkok for many years, I felt this place to be authentic but with comfort offering this famous dish. Wider menu available here with more added Thai dishes. Seems halal here too Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
