マナーの悪い若い二人組お客様がおられ、スタッフさんにお伝えしましたが、なかなか注意を促して頂けませんでした。雰囲気が悪くなり、時間が勿体なく感じてしまいました。今後、ゆっくりする為に入店する事はないかと思います。お食事は美味しかったです。. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

GODIVA Café Minatomirai store. This is the first store to open outside of Tokyo. I like ``GODIVA Café Tokyo'' and have used it many times, but since it opened in my hometown of Yokohama (although I couldn't go on the opening day yesterday), I was so happy that I visited it on the second day of its opening. , I came to the store. The menu is almost the same as GODIVA Café Tokyo. There is also a food menu including salads, cacao bolognese, and cacao carbonara. The Minato Mirai store has terrace seats, but it's a shame that they don't have the gorgeous single-person seats like the Tokyo Station store. However, it is a high-class cafe in a very good location, right outside the ticket gate at Minato Mirai Station (at the top of the Minato Mirai Station platform, there are terrace seats where you can sit while watching the trains come and go). However, perhaps because the staff were not used to it, they were not very efficient when ordering, and there was a long line of people waiting to order. What's more, when I presented my GODIVA point card, I noticed that the points were being subtracted instead of being added, and when I told the cashier, she said, ``There's an addition and subtraction button, and I pressed the wrong button.'' ”. I was asked to show my point card multiple times to have it corrected. I was eating in the restaurant, but when I went to pick it up (I was given a numbered receipt and called), there was only one drink on the tray that I thought I had ordered, so I asked, "Would you like the other one?" When I said this to the clerk, I said, ``Huh?'' and the clerk checked my receipt, and said, ``Oh, sorry.'' She asked me to give me the exact number, and the straw, which is normally used for drinks. I was given a straw, but I told them, ``At the GODIVA Café in Tokyo Station, we always use thick brown straws for this drink.'' and they exchanged it for a thicker one... which was quite unpleasant. In fact, there were many unfortunate things. GODIVA Café at Tokyo Station was really smooth and I never felt stressed even though there were always a lot of customers, so much so that I thought it was a different restaurant with the same name. *The salad looked completely different (in terms of quantity) and I didn't feel like buying it. Anyway, the mass production condition is disappointing. I hope that the image of GODIVA Café, which I love, will not be tarnished any further. I understand that it's difficult because the store has just opened and there are a lot of customers, but please do your best.
