The lady was nice. I'm reluctant to leave this review because she's obviously a very hardworking lady trying to make a decent business. The customers are quite young and I don't think they really know what Japanese food is. The food here seems like the recipe has been reverse engineered only by looking at pictures. Everything looks great but the taste wasn't right for any of our dishes. The biggest problem was the pickled ginger which was actually off - not dangerous and can't hurt you, but the taste ruins the dish. Bizarrely, the best thing we ordered was called 'hash browns' but seemed like Birdseye potato waffles. It's a shame she doesn't offer simpler Japanese street food dishes like okonomiyaki which would likely be more successfully executed. I am not an expert in Japanese food, however I appreciated the Oyakodon here. It’s healthy and tasty. You can easily order by ticking the box on the paper, so that there is no misunderstanding. Some sauce can be added on top (self-service). The woman is smiling, the truck is cute, and the atmosphere of the week-end night market is chill.
