Hi, we are very sorry for your bad experience. First thing, we never use the meat from the day before. It is always fresh meat from the same day and we also never close the fire from the kebab when it is on.Second thing, the kebab on that day is obviously one large piece of meat that many other customers would have eaten also. But we do not have anyone else sick, so maybe it wasn't due to our food...Finally, you say you ate in late afternoon on the 22nd, then have been sick for a full 48 hours...but then you comment on the 24th in early morning which is not even 48 hours, so are your sure about your story?We really are sorry that you think that your illness is a consequence of eating our food, but rest assure that we take the hygiene very carefully and we have customers coming back every week and almost every day for some, but we never had a problem like this after 10 years of opening...
