I came to Sai Kung to do volunteer work, so I had my morning and evening meals near Sai Kung Pier. At about 6 o'clock in the evening, after getting off the minibus, I looked for several restaurants nearby and saw a number of shops in an alley, and saw the end of the alley. There were three or so people waiting in front of the store. When I got closer, I saw that it was a Golden Chicken boneless Hainanese chicken specialty store. I wanted to dine in, but I saw that several tables were occupied. I didn’t want to wait too long, so I decided to take out the Hainanese chicken. Of course, the specialty store ordered the Hainanese chicken rice set and soup for $59, plus $10 for a leg transfer. The chicken rice was very attractive, but when I saw the oil, I couldn’t help but change my mind and order white rice. Then two groups of 8 to 9 customers arrived, and one My sister took them to another berth and found that the store had at least three berths in different locations in the alley. The takeaway was received, and I wanted to take it home to eat, but thinking that it would be more than an hour before I got home, I changed my mind and found a place with a nice view around the pier to sit down. Each person had a long wooden chair to himself, and settled in. When I opened the plastic bag and took a look, I felt that it was not sloppy. There were three kinds of sauces for Hainan chicken rice, butter chicken legs, not too much fat. I didn’t order any sauce for the first bite. The chicken legs were not particularly smooth in the mouth and were a bit cold. I have eaten slightly warm and tender Hainanese chicken before, so I thought the one here was just average and the rice was not hot enough. For the second bite of the chicken, I ordered the hot and sour sauce, which was very spicy. Personally, I didn’t like the dark soy sauce and ginger and scallion paste. What surprised me was the bowl of pumpkin soup. After skimming off the oil from the noodles, I felt rich and sweet in the first bite. The pumpkin melted into the soup.
