Being welcomed into this amazing restaurant by the owners and staff was the first highlight. Then the amazing smells of food wafting past our noses, oh my goodness! Purely divine. Then the taste sensations with each mouthful of food that was recommended to us by the owner. Its always a good sign seeing a restaurant full to the brim and seeing their food going out the door via takeaway and deliveries. Golden Mandalay is a rare treasure on this island. Be sure to visit and experience authentic Burmese food and exceptional service. We're really looking forward to returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was awesome and such a good price!! The service was friendly and fast, we had our food in just a few minutes. I would totally recommend this place and go there again any time. We had the fried noodles, fried large rice noodles and tea leaf salad. The salad was the best. Ill come back and try the other salads for sure.
