Golden Place at The Old Siam is always my favorite stop whenever I’m in the neighborhood. Every time I come here for errands, I make sure to take a coffee break at this lovely café. My favorite drink is the Coconut Americano. It’s made with fresh coconut water and a bold, fragrant espresso, creating a perfectly balanced and refreshing cup. If you enjoy coconut coffee, this one is definitely worth trying. The desserts never disappoint either. From cakes to traditional Thai sweets, everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with recommendations, making every visit feel warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm, cozy, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment. Before heading home, I usually pick up some of their ready-to-go items, such as fresh salads, Thai chili dips, or boxed traditional Thai desserts, which are all excellent quality. Golden Place is much more than just a café—it’s a wonderful place to enjoy good coffee, delicious food, and genuine Thai hospitality. If you’re visiting The Old Siam, I highly recommend stopping by.
