ゴールデンウィーク中の13時に1人で訪問しました。かなり繁盛しているようで、結局名前を呼ばれたのは14時15分頃になっていました。席に座り「三つのり」を注文してそこから15分程度で料理がやってきました。十割そばが2種類と、二八そばが一皿にのっているのですが、値段的に半分盛りが三種類なので、いつもの蕎麦の感覚で注文してしまいましたが、想像以上の量の多さに少し後悔しました。結果、蕎麦は腹持ちが良いので、全くホテルの夕食時間になっても腹が減りませんでした。肝心の蕎麦の感想ですが、十割そばはパサパサした感じで、エグミ？苦みみたいな感じが有り私が好きな蕎麦の食感、味ではなかったです。二八そばが一番食べやすく美味しかったです。 薬味が少なく、つけ出汁も旨味が少なく残念でした。 結果、少食な私が完食するには辛かったです。. During my recent visit to Arima Onsen, I had the pleasure of dining at 全寿庵ごんそば, a charming restaurant nestled in the heart of this historic hot spring town. With a reputation for serving exquisite handmade soba, this eatery quickly became a highlight of my trip. The menu at 全寿庵ごんそば focused predominantly on soba, and its dedication to this traditional dish was evident in every aspect. The soba noodles were crafted in-house using high-quality buckwheat flour, resulting in a tantalizing texture that boasted both a pleasing springiness and a deep nutty flavor. Among the dishes I tried, the Tempura Soba truly stood out. The piping hot soba arrived in a flavorful broth that was delicately seasoned, allowing the richness of the noodles to shine. The array of tempura on top added a delightful crunch and balanced the dish perfectly. Each piece of tempura was impeccably fried, revealing a light and crispy coating encasing fresh, succulent ingredients.
