Anyang Daengridan-gil pork cutlet restaurant Gondon Characterized by thick meat like steak. Basic side dishes such as rice, soup, salad, and spicy vegetables are provided, and salt and pepper are provided for grinding. The sirloin comes with the fat part, and the tenderloin comes with only the lean meat. In the case of sirloin, if you eat the lean meat and the fat part together, the balance is right, but because the pork cutlet is large, if you eat too much lean meat in the first bite, the proportion of the fat part will be too large in the next bite, so it may feel greasy. The tenderloin was very tender and delicious. The only thing that is disappointing about this store is that since the owner runs the store alone, it takes a long time to fry the pork cutlet, cut it, and place it in a bowl, so the last pork cutlet you get is cooked to medium-well done to well-done. I visited during lunch time and was the last person to get my food, so I had no choice but to get a more overcooked pork cutlet. Personally, as someone who likes medium rare, I was disappointed.
