This café makes the best condensed milk coffee in Korea. I do not know why this location is called Congcha on Google Maps, because it has been called Quad Coffee in real life the last two years that I've visited it. Congcha is on the opposite side of the road. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
