この店、もはや、西麻布のランドマーク的存在。お店の入り口外には、赤いパラソル、大きな桜も植えられ、テラスの造り。店内は1階2階が吹き抜けで、オープンキッチンになってる。かつて小泉純一郎首相が、ブッシュ大統領を、ここでもてなしたと言う栄光の歴史もある。一見、高級そうだが、お値段は庶民価格。今日はランチの利用。ランチは、1200円。焼鳥丼にサラダ、蕎麦がついている。今時安すぎでしょう。. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

予約なしで祝日の18時前に伺い、カウンター席にすぐ案内していただきました。トイレが二階にあり、一階の雰囲気のある席を一望できます。映画Kill Billのインスピレーションとなったお店に行けただけで満足ですが、食事もおいしかったです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000

A local family member recommended Gonpachi Nishi-Azabu (権八西麻布) to us, and once I learned it inspired a famous Kill Bill fight scene set, I was hooked. Digging deeper, it defies the "tourist trap" stereotype and is a genuine izakaya with exceptional customer service. ATMOSPHERE & SEATING While the main dining room has traditional rich woods mixed with a high-energy 90s pop vibe, the upper side areas show what makes this restaurant special. There is a beautifully tranquil outdoor seating area (complete with a garden and string lights) and a cozy, intimate sushi bar. It is fantastic to have different environments depending on the mood of your evening! THE FOOD Kuroge Beef Sirloin Steak (100g): Great quality with a nice sear and a wonderfully tender interior. Grilled Cod: Incredibly juicy. It was moist and delicate, with a wonderfully rich flavor. Sashimi: Exceptionally fresh and delicious. Grilled Toro: Understated, but an absolutely excellent bite! Desserts: Fantastic overall. The pudding dessert had a beautiful golden crust and rich flavor, while the matcha cheesecake was quite creamy. THE WINE The lighter 2022 Pech des Cades Pinot Noir was a great way to start off the meal. We followed this up with the 2023 Grayson Cellars Merlot, which complemented the steak and richer foods very well. THE SERVICE A huge shoutout to Florin (Floor Manager). He is a great team player who actively backed up his servers. With 13 years at the restaurant, his professionalism, observation, and attentiveness really showed. Between his excellent recommendations and his help organizing a birthday dinner, Florin truly made our visit special! OVERALL A quality izakaya with great customer service, perfect for a lively night out with family and friends. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
