Disappointing service and food quality has dropped. We arrived as a party of two and were seated at a tight two-seat table (despite there are still other seats). I asked the waiter for a basket for putting bags, they agreed, but it never arrived. I had to go and grab one myself. We ordered at 7:00 PM, but they served us the wrong chicken dish. After pointing it out, our correct order took an entire hour to arrive. What made it worse was the complete lack of service; we asked the staff multiple times, but nobody bothered to follow up until we physically showed them that we had been waiting for 50 minutes. The staff frequently ignored customers raising their hands and pretended not to see us, which felt quite rude. The food was just average and definitely worse than it used to be. Won't be coming back. The chicken is raw!!! Can’t believe there isn’t a standardisation to ensure the chicken is well-cooked before serving to customers. Some parts were barely cooked so we ate some and left the meats closer to bones for our first 2 bites. But then we picked 2 big chunks, which were raw as shown as the picture. We told the staff and they said preparing another one for us. After 5-10 mins of waiting, and they just basically reheated our plate of chicken. We are not looking forward for a full or half refund, but just a plate of chicken with a full portion that we should have.. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
