Nice place with typical and cozy bamboo sitting groups, as well as another sitting area with longer tables for larger groups. Ordered 2 meals. One was pork meat, which was ok. The other was fish and chips. Was even a nice picture in the menu of it. It a bit surprisingly it came without chips. But not the end of the world, so I didnt bother too much about it. Sad thing was that the fish was almost raw. Big disappointment, so I didnt eat it. The staff was very friendly though and as she also saw that the fish was served as good as raw, she said she would skip it from the bill. Which I appreciated and is the reason why I give them 4 instead of 3 star rating. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1–200

At the arrival the staff couldn’t say hello. They demand to move our motorbike on an unfriendly way. The waitress put the menu on the table without saying anything. I wanted to order a pork steak, she said we do not have any steaks. I wanted to order some other European food, finally the answer was…. We do not have a European Chef. Why didn’t they say while the pit the menu on the table? For me this is the first and the last time I visit the Good Moon Restaurant! For me this was an unpleasant memory! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fabulous food at good prices with the nicest staff! The sheer volumes of positive reviews will vouch for the evening you will have. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff here. It can get busy occasionally because it is such a gem!

You can safely ignore the recent 1 star review from a disgruntled 'Gregor' as he has never actually visited the restaurant - how strange right?!

Oh I live here, know my authentic food and this is as authentic as it comes. If you love authentic Thai food at very affordable prices, you're not going to find a better place than this.
