From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is nice here. Despite the popularity among customers, the weak side of Goodfood Kopitiam is its unprofessional service. People leave negative reviews because the atmosphere is disgusting.

Can’t believe that some of the trays they provided are not flat , so going there to buy food if you using trays need to be careful . You sure need some skill to balance . Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Cai fan taste is decent but portions are rather small as servers try to give the minimum. Food: 3

Fatty bombom ok. Ojek kitchen in the morning is very good. But in the afternoon so so. Habib express prata bad, goreng good. Saved the last for the drinks store. Kopi terrible, drinks stall staff act like you owe her something. And expansive too.
