Absolutely delicious white lotus mooncakes. I dare say it tasted better than normal high sugar and wheat flour based mooncakes. The fresh salted egg made such a difference, moist and just ever so slightly crumbly. Lotus paste was a little sweet but the flavours was balanced with the savoury egg. Love the slight chewiness in the pastry crust, likely from the coconut flour. I ate 3 mooncakes at a go. Kept them way pass the recommended 7 days, ate them almost 2 weeks later (kept in the fridge) but they still tasted very fresh and good!

If you love butter vanilla cake and you are looking for a keto version, look no further. Goodness Eats has always my go-to for Keto Mooncakes and I decided to try the CNY goodies for 2024. Absolutely no regrets buying them. The butter cake is perfect with tea during this rainy season and does not feel 'different' because it's Keto! Thank you for all the amazing goodies that you make Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
