世界一稼ぐイギリスのシェフ、ゴードンラムゼイのレストランがICONSIAMにあったので、寄ってみた。BREAD STREETはシンガポールのマリーナベイサンズとかにもあるが、バンコクでは初めて寄った。 本当は彼のsignatureパイ包を食べたかったが、日曜だけのメニューのローストビーフを楽しんだ。これが正解で美味かった。 前菜は、スパイシーサーモン。デザートもイギリスっぽいオーダーにした。ICONSIAMの中は、タイ料理や日本食の店が多いから、イギリス料理はナイスな差別化。. As our trip to Thailand comes to an end, we decided to spend our last days near ICONSIAM in Bangkok. During our stay, we discovered Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen, and it was one of the biggest surprises of our trip. From the friendly and professional service, to the delicious food, spotless restaurant, relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful view from the window—everything was simply 10/10. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about, and I'm sure this won't be our last visit. Why? I've eaten beef in many different parts of the world, but this dish set a new personal benchmark. The explosion of flavours was unforgettable and easily one of the best beef dishes I've ever had. I highly recommend this place—100%!
