My experience at this hot air balloon restaurant was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the staff's attitude was very poor, showing no courtesy and barely communicating, only using notes as if they were deaf and mute. Secondly, the restaurant's location was terrible, situated in a completely lifeless area with almost no foot traffic. To make matters worse, despite the restaurant being empty, they insisted on enforcing a strict time limit for customers to leave, showing no consideration for the guests' experience. I paid for service charges and taxes but did not receive the level of service I expected. Overall, the dining experience was very unsatisfactory and not worth recommending. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
