Amazing Shabu Shabu with Fish Broth – A Must-Try! I had an incredible dining experience at Gotojin Hamamatsucho (五島人 浜松町店)! The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the menu in detail, which made the meal even more enjoyable. This was my first time trying shabu shabu with fish broth, and it was absolutely delicious. The beef cooked in the broth had such a rich and unique flavor, and the vegetables were fresh and perfectly paired. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The umazura hagi sashimi was also a highlight—it was so fresh that they even showed us the fish before preparing it. As a special treat, they served us miso soup with fish, and it was fantastic! The soup itself was rich and comforting, and the fish meat inside was so flavorful. Overall, if you’re looking for a unique take on shabu shabu with fish broth, I highly recommend this place!
