Although my family and I have previously dined and enjoyed delightful experiences at this restaurant, tonight's was a hard opposite. One of the maitre d's mishandled our reservation, and rather than fixing the error, he lied and placed the blame on us, despite our clear communication about the reservation details on the phone beforehand. It's sad to witness such condescending, careless, and rude behavior from someone in the restaurant/hospitality industry. While other staff members and the main manager were quick to offer compensation and settle the situation, the arrogant behavior of that particular maitre d' had already ruined our appetite. This unfortunate incident has tainted our perception of this place.

Square One is the coffee shop located at the lower floor of Dusit Princess Hotel. Buffet meals are served here with a la carte menu as well.The most splendidly created atmosphere at the evening is the hotel's architectural design blended in with the Live music of the lobby lounge. It is not just a buffet dinner anymore.Food varieties and quality here is satisfactory. However, the luxurious TWG tea is a Plus. The regular price here for evening buffet is 800 baht with service and tax inclusive per head. You can get discount if made reservations at website.
