Currently next to a construction site so it has a very hipster edginess but don't let that put you off! The food is delicious, cookies in all favours from S'more to Earl Grey pistachio. The butter bars are also special with my personal favourite being the black sesame one but they have a cheddar Cheese one. Drinks are great too! Awesome music and lots if seating.
