Grand Ballroom is located at The One TST. The restaurant is located at 12/F and oversees the Victoria Harbour. Ordered 9 dim sum and cost around $300 for 4 people. Overall taste great especially the abalone siu mah, shrimp har gow, steam chicken with fish maw, cheese duck tart, seafood spring roll. Highly recommended! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
