It's mostly not for retail. They supply to coffee shops and restaurants. But if you asked, they will sell in small batches but it's better to pick up yourself. In the middle of industrial buildings, it's not exactly easy to access but walking from Kwai Fong MTR is only 10min., once you figure out the way. Serving you are office staffs, not retail shop keepers. So, be nice to them and they will be very informative. I bought espresso roasted bean. When I was there to pick up, I smelled HK style milk tea aroma. They were kind enough to offer me to buy a minimum of 1lb. It's a blend of various tea leaves. I was also taught how to brew it.
