A lot of the staff are unfriendly, and some are openly hostile. There was hair in the breakfast buffet food twice. A lot of places, including the main restaurant and children's play room were clearly not properly clean. It should be a great hotel, but you get the feeling that management doesn't care about their guests. Service: 1

My wife and I were denied entry to the hotel by a night parking attendant because we hadn't scheduled an appointment?? How could we have known that if the purpose of our visit to reception was to get information and decide whether or not to stay? This parking lot attendant treated us as if we were unworthy, with a look of disdain and an attitude that forced us to leave the parking lot in a hurry! There are so many praises for Taiwanese politeness that I was shocked by the deplorable treatment we received. And we didn't come from the United States to spend our vacation and be disrespected by an entitled hotel parking attendant in Taiwan! Service: 1
