The check in was smooth. The staff are very friendly the concierge team is knowledgeable in the task and responsibilities. The pool is acceptable and the gym is just next door. The restaurant is well provided and breakfast spread is one step above. I will definitely be back in this hotel when visiting Nakhon Si Thammarat.

I had absolutely great experience with the hotel. The breakfast was fabolous, the staff very kind and special thanks to the Manager of the hotel for his very warm welcome and taking care of us during our stay. I 100% recommend this hotel and the city. Service: 5
