We booked a room with breakfast, where dishes had to be ordered in advance. Since the hotel offered advance ordering, we called 20 minutes before heading to the restaurant. We placed our order at 9:00 AM and arrived at 9:25, expecting the food to be ready. However, nothing was served. We patiently waited an additional 20 minutes, but still, no food arrived. If you’re comfortable waiting 45 minutes for a simple American breakfast and boiled rice, this hotel might work for you. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations, and I won’t be returning. That said, the front desk staff was very welcoming, and the room was nice and well-maintained. Overall, I appreciate the staff’s service throughout the hotel—except at the food outlet, where the experience was disappointing. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I stayed at Le meridian next door to this hotel/ restaurant. I happened to walk by and decided to drop in for lunch one day. The food was so good, the staff so welcoming, and the ambience so pleasant, that I returned for dinner. Amazing value too and the strawberry smoothie was phenomenal! Also the hotel here is nice and new and next time I'm in Chiang Rai I would happily stay here Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
